Project Management & Post Go-Live for Solution Implementation for Local Government & Authorities, Courts, Jails, and Schools
- Act as the “owners agent” throughout the implementation process
- We will work with selected vendor to resolve issues
- We will recommend system decisions to upper management
- We will communicate with all parties in a consistent and effective manner
- We will monitor progress on a weekly basis
- We will provide reports that the project is operational in accordance with the agreed upon scope of work
- Implement Quality Management Principals
- Determine needs and expectations of stakeholders and end users
- Establish policies, objectives and a work environment to satisfy defined needs
- Design, resource, and manage a system of interconnected processes necessary to implement the system and attain objectives
- Measure and analyze the adequacy, efficiency, and effectiveness of each process- adapt where necessary
- Pursue continuous improvement of the system
- Oversee Specific Tasks and Activities
- Refine implementation plan that will support realistic time lines and milestones for each phase of the project
- Provide business process reengineering to introduce process improvements and enhanced customer services
- Validate the best design and system configuration of the new solution to meet your goals and objectives
- Develop a formal training schedule, user procedures, training manuals and provide end user training
- Provide a risk management plan to reduce the business risk associated with the system migration
- Develop a data interface plan to identify all other applications that will need to interface with the new solution
- Develop a date conversion plan to identify what data should be converted to the new solution and how much
- Develop customized test scripts based on daily business processes for each department
- Develop a test plan for validating processes through parallel and stress testing
- Monitor the Acceptance Testing of the new system just prior to going live.
