- Develop requirements definition matrices for each functional area of your business
- Develop a project management plan to determine staffing resources needed to support the business processes and implementation activities
- Develop technology and architecture standards that comply with your current/desired standards
- Provide a cost analysis to develop the project budget
- Develop the RFP in a clear, concise manner that fully reflects the needs of our customer, then issue the RFP
- Facilitate the bidders meeting that will describe the process and answer any vendor questions in regards to the RFP
- Evaluate the proposals that meet the basic requirements and assist in identifying a short list of vendors that provide the best value
- Develop demonstrations scripts that reflect the day to day business processes that will be performed
- Manage the software demonstrations to include a “hands on” software session for employees of your organization
- Provide a reference checking template
- Assist in scheduling site visits of short listed or selected vendor/s
- Assist with the contract negotiations of the selected vendor.
